OBXTD ("we," "us," or "our") operates obxtd.com. We collect as little data as possible. We do not sell your data. We do not store payment information.
WHAT WE COLLECT Email addresses — collected when you sign up for early access, subscribe, or use magic link sign-in. Used for authentication and service communications only. Usage data — Google Analytics collects anonymized data (pages visited, device type, approximate location). Not tied to your identity. Opt out at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. IP addresses — logged by our hosting provider (Vercel) for security. Not stored in our database. Submitted content — event text and details you submit. Images are processed by AI to extract text and then discarded — not permanently stored.
We do NOT collect or store credit card numbers. All payments go through Stripe directly.

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data for marketing purposes.
DATA RETENTION We retain your email and subscription status while your account is active. Deletion requests are processed within 30 days.

GDPR — Legal basis: contractual necessity for email, legitimate interest for analytics. CCPA — We do not sell personal information. Contact legal@obxtd.com to submit a request. CAN-SPAM — All emails include an unsubscribe link. We do not use deceptive subject lines.
COOKIES — Supabase uses a session cookie. Google Analytics uses anonymized tracking cookies. No advertising cookies.
CHILDREN — We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. Contact legal@obxtd.com if you believe a child has provided information.
